In 2022 I was heading into a new role at a tech company when the call came. Impacted by layoffs. The move I’d planned was gone before it started. What followed was a year of rebuilding: not just a career, but a clearer sense of what I actually wanted next, and how to make the market see it.
That’s the work I do now. I coach senior executives through career transitions: the strategic side (positioning, narrative, target companies, interview preparation) and the human side (the loneliness, the self-doubt, the loss of identity that nobody talks about in a job search).
How I work
- Clarity Session One hour to bring your situation into focus. At the end we decide together whether a program makes sense.

We work on two levels. Inside: clarity on what you really want, not on what you think you should want. Outside: CV, narrative, interview strategy, network activation.
Sessions last 60 minutes on Google Meet, roughly every two weeks, with a written report after each one.

A 60-minute 1:1 session for senior leaders weighing a step-up, a step-out, or a return to the job market after a transition.
In 60 minutes, we work together to:
- pinpoint where you are today and what’s no longer aligned with your next move
- identify 1-2 concrete levers you can act on in the coming weeks
- clarify whether a structured coaching path could support you, and how
This isn’t an informational call, it’s a working session, with you at the center. Come with a real question or crossroads, and leave with a clear action plan, regardless of what happens next between us.
Designed for managers, executives, and senior leaders at a decision point: stepping up, stepping out, or re-entering the workforce.
€300 VAT included. If you decide to continue with a coaching program within 30 days, the €300 is fully credited toward it.

What is the Clarity Session?
A 60-minute working session, not an informational call. You bring a real question or crossroads and leave with a clear action plan, whatever happens next between us. Together we also clarify whether a structured coaching path could support you.
How do the sessions work?
Online on Google Meet, 60 minutes each. In person is possible on request. After every session you receive a written report.
How much does a program cost?
It depends on the program. We define it together after the Clarity Session. If you decide to continue with a coaching program within 30 days, the €300 of the Clarity Session is fully credited toward it.
Is what we discuss confidential?
Yes. I work under the ICF code of ethics, which includes confidentiality.
Do you work with companies?
Yes. Company programs are run with Marco Valentini under Harris Valentini.
